Bible in 90 Days Spring 2011 edition: Coming Soon!

Our next Bible in 90 Days/Blogging Through the Bible in 90 Days session is about to begin on January3, and I couldn’t be more excited for all those who are signed up and preparing to read with us.

Over the next few days, I plan to share more how-to’s about the program so everyone will be ready to read together.

In the meantime, if you signed up to read with us, please check your email inbox for a note I sent this afternoon. You must respond back to that email so that I know you truly intend to read with us. Once I get your response, you will be placed in an accountability group.

If you signed up but did not get an email, please check your Spam folder. If it isn’t there, please sign up again and another email will be sent to you within one day. (There were a few sign ups with invalid email addresses.)

This post shares more information and gives a link for you to sign up for the Bible in 90 Days program.

We have an incredible team of enthusiastic Bible in 90 Days graduates ready to pray for, encourage and help each and every reader signed up for the challenge. And we have nearly 400 readers signed up to take the challenge. It’s going to be an amazing Spring!

  1. I attempted this last spring and was not successful. I thought about trying again on my own but just never got started. So glad to have this opportunity again. Even though I didn’t finish, I was blessed by what I DID read and am looking forward to what the Lord has in store for me (and all of us) this time.

  2. I didn’t get the email, but that’s ok–I had a job opportunity I couldn’t turn down for January 4-Feb 28 only…if there is another group starting in February or later, reading for Easter, that would be great.
Thank you so much for being here–I have my bible and am looking forward to doing this at a time when I can truly commit to it!

  3. I’m excited AND nervous. I have never read through the Old Testament or all of Revelations. I’m so excited to find out what God has in store for me though this series, thank you for putting it all together! Having support and doing this as a group will help me out greatly.

I signed up and have already started, because I need to test the podcasts I am making. I haven’t received an email yet…..also, did you get my email about the podcasts?

  5. Wow, I am so excited and a bit proud of myself for taking this challenge. I am working really hard on trying to fit in time for this challenge and I have decided to use my lunchbreak at work combined with some getting-up-early time (and hopefully while kids are still sleeping)… So excited! :-)

What a great way to start the new year! :-)

  6. I have just signed up. I might start a little before the 3rd and I am afraid I am not into twitter but I will be reading

    1. Twitter is not required– just the reading and check ins every Monday right here on MomsToolbox. SO excited for you!!

  7. This will be my second time and I plan to finish it this time. I have been listening to the Bible on Cd to get the background history of the OT to help. I will also be blogging on my site each day about what I am learning. Thanks Amy for all you do.

  8. I am so excited to see so many ready to finish the challenge this time! Many prayers will go up for your success!! I can’t wait for the 3rd. I’m ready!

  9. I can’t WAIT!!! This’ll be my 3rd attempt … and I keep saying “I’m going to try to finish” … but I’ve been correcting myself. I WILL finish this time!

    1. Yes, you WILL!!!

  10. I’m in. I’ve been praying about it – and this is something that I really feel like I should be doing once again. I keep saying “try” in my head — but I don’t want to fail this time. I felt awful about that the last go-round.

Because I work on Monday’s I’m not going to be able to participate on twitter check-ins this time – but will definitely be following the thread through the day as I can. :)

Can’t wait to start… already have my B90days Bible ready to go.

    1. I’m very excited for you and glad you will be reading with us!

You can still check in though.. official check in will just be adding a comment to the check in post on MomsToolbox anytime on Monday. :) (Twitter is just an added bonus. )

  11. I’m excited. I’ve got my gear together and I’m ready to roll! :)

  12. I tried last Jan. but was trying to cram another hour into my busy schedule. This year is different as I have been “in training” setting aside time so I’ll be ready. Your tip to use a one year Bible schedule and read whatever the present day is and not worry about the missed one helped a lot and I can’t wait to read every day. I want more and the 90 days challenge will be just the thing.

I’m anticipating spiritual warfare as I spend so much time in His Word. Can you comment (or maybe you already have and I missed it) about the spiritual attack, what we can expect and how to deal with it?

    1. Awesome! I’m glad you are geared up and ready! :)

    2. Oops. I missed your question about spiritual warfare the first time I read through this.

I think for each of us those attacks are different. It is critical to keep your heart focused on the Lord and not let the enemy derail you. He will certainly try… He doesn’t want all of us to read, know and embrace the Truth. When you feel like your schedule is just too packed, stop, pray and read first. The Lord will clear your path if you focus on Him first and ask His guidance.

Sta strong and keep reading. :)

  13. I signed up awhile ago, but have not received an email from you about it today.

    1. It’s possible your email address wasn’t entered properly. Please send me an email directly at amy at momstoolbox dot com.

  14. I tried it myself too and i got stuck too, really looking forward to doing with others. I hoping that it will keep me going when I get discouraged.

  15. I don’t have your special bible, but my daughter and I are going to attempt to do this.

  16. I’m excited to start this! I tried it on my own and got stuck in Leviticus…SUCH a hard book to get through!

    1. We are gonna pray you past that one this time! :)
