Welcome to your group’s check in and communication page for the July- October 2011 edition of the Bible in 90 Days!
Your mentor is Kara.
Kara is a homeschooling mom of four kids (13, 10, 5, and 2). She first completed the Bible in 90 Days Challenge last year, then served as a mentor in the January challenge. Reading the entire Bible was a life-changing experience for her, giving her a better perspective of the “big story” of redemption from Genesis to Revelation. Kara blogs at Home With Purpose, writing about family, household, healthy living, homeschooling, and reviewing books and other products she’s enjoyed or found useful. She’s excited to see how God will move during this B90 Days challenge!
Each Monday you are required to visit this page and share where you are in the reading. To do that, leave a comment sharing where you are in the reading (i.e. “I am up to date in the reading,” or “I am up to Genesis 18,” or “I am 4 days behind.”). After you share your reading status, consider leaving an encouraging comment on someone else’s entry. To do that, click on “reply” under their comment add your comment and your comment will be linked to hers (or his).
This page is a place for your group to connect, pray for each other and hold each other accountable. When you leave your first comment, consider checking the box which says “Notify me of follow-up comments” and fill out the subsequent form. This will enable you to get an email as new comments are added to the page and help you to keep up with your group that way, if you would like.
If you will be unable to check in one week, please contact your mentor directly so that she will know. Also, if you decide to drop out for any reason, please also let your mentor know so we can remove you from the group.
This page will keep all of the comments from the entire session. Newer comments will display at the top.
Thank you for reading with us! I hope you find it to be as amazing as I have every time.
Okay, enough of me… now it’s your time to share.
