Day 6 of the Bible in 90 Days
Scripture: Exodus 16: 28
Then the Lord said to Moses, “How long will you refuse to keep my commands and my instructions?
Observation: I think God was getting a little frustrated with those who simply would not trust, follow God and just do as He said.
Application: And I am so very thankful that He sent Jesus Christ to atone for my sins. It sure is easy to read all these stories in the Bible and point fingers and wonder why all those people sinned.
And then I look at me and, well, sin is sin… no matter how big or small it is. And I am certainly no picture of perfection.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I have learned so much from your Word… and I still have lots, lots more to learn.
Thank you for your patience and love for me though all of my many, many mistakes.
Thank you so much for sending your son to die for me and all of my mistakes so that I could have eternal life with you.
It amazes me how one could be betrayed as much as you.. and yet you still love and cherish each and every one of us.
