On Monday I went for my first post-MS 150 ride with my two training buddies. Now that we’re all trying to get back to pre-ride reality, (and have tons more items on our to-do lists) it had to be a quick ride. It was great to be cycling again… it had been 8 days since my last ride. And with all the training we did leading up to the MS 150, it had been awhile since I had waitied that long between cycling or spinning.
As we hopped on our bikes, everything felt much more relaxed than it ever had. I wasn’t worried about building up to a speed or buliding strength. We were just out for a ride. And it was a lot of fun to do just that… just cycle and chat, comparing notes from the MS 150 and catching up.
