I am so excited that our next group of readers will begin reading the Bible in 90 Days in just one week!
This will be an amazing 90 days of excitement, drama, frustration, heartbreak, exhilaration, new discoveries, lessons learned, forgotten and re-learned, and lives changed for eternity… and I’m not just writing about what we will be reading in the Bible, either.
Reading the Bible is an incredible experience. But it is hard work to read straight through. (That’s why relatively very few Christians have actually done it. Although many try it… kind of.)
Yes, you CAN do this. I know you can. Even if (fill in your own excuse here) happens. If you want to read the entire Bible in the next 90 days with us, you CAN make it happen. I, and our amazing team of mentors, will do everything we can to help you succeed. But you have to do your part, too.
Over the next few days I’ll gear you up for success in reading. I’ll share the program with you, piece by piece, so that by Monday, July 5, you will be ready to open your Bible and read, read, read every day until you have read the entire Bible cover to cover. (And I will pray, pray, pray for you every step of the way.)
Your life will be changed. And you will begin changing lives all around you, too.
I am living proof of that. And soon you will be, too.
So… how do you begin? At the beginning:
Make sure you are really in.
Check your heart and your mind. Are they both focused on accomplishing this goal? Do you really want to do it or are you just thinking about it and hoping to succeed?
Have you prayed about it and asked God to guide you through this process?
I don’t want to scare you off, but I do want to be sure you are committed to this endeavor. It’s not something to take lightly.
So…Are you REALLY in or just sorta in?
If you are really in and haven’t filled out the official Bible in 90 Days sign up form, please do. The information there will be used to contact you about your reading, place you in a mentor’s group, encourage you and pray for you. It will NOT be used for Spam. I promise.
