Homemade Marshmallows? WOW!

Most of the time I like to go for the super-simple approach in the kitchen. But sometimes I like to take just a little bit of extra effort and go for the WOW!

I came across this recipe for homemade marshmallows, and it is definitely one of those that goes for the WOW! Plus it looks like a lot of fun to make. I’m going to do this one day this week with my four-year-old daughter and German teenage ‘daughter…’ I feel a girls’ night coming on!

    My daughter made homemade marshmallows over the Christmas break…I am not sure where she got the recipe, it may very well have been from here. She is always searching the net. She is the one who actually had me sign up for the 90 day challenge. Anyway, she added red food dye and peppermint flavoring to them, and they were fantastic. Great fun.
