Here’s what the 144 family will be dining on this week for dinner:
Monday: Hidden Valley Chicken breasts, broccoli
( 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix, 1/4 cup unseasoned bread crumbs, 6- 8 pieces of chicken. Coat chicken piecesin a combo of Hiden Valley Ranch dressing mix and plain breadcrumbs, then bake at 37 for 50 minutes.)
Tuesday: Mini burgers on those awesome Hawaiian rolls, baked sweet potato fries
Wednesday (kids only): left over chicken from Monday in tortillas, black beans
Thursday: salmon, quinoa, corn
Friday: (kids only) soy corn dogs
Saturday: Turkey sausage, red sauce and pasta bake
Sorry to not be as detailed as normal. But it still helps me to get that grocery list done!
