2 Corinthians 3:3
Clearly you are a letter from Christ prepared. It is not written with pen and ink, but with the Spirit of the living God. It is carved not on stone, but on human hearts.
2 Corinthians 3:18
And all of us have had that veil removed so that we can be mirrors that brightly reflect the glory of the Lord. And as the Spirit of the Lord works within us, we become more and more like him and reflect his glory even more.
Observation: Those who are true followers of Christ will shine with his glory for all to see.
Application: I want to shine! I want the glory of the Lord to be seen through me. What an honor that He would allow that to happen, that he would remove my icky, dimming sins and let me shine, unblemished.
Prayer: Lord, you are an amazing God. It humbles me that through my mistakes and my missteps you would still allow me to shine with your glory for all to see. Please continue to guide me in doing you right: following you, trusting you, proclaiming you. Thank you for removing the veil of my sinfulness and enabling me to shine, shine, shine for you.
