Join me in learning how to make the best lunchbox ever, and empower your child in making that lunch with Kids in the Kitchen: Best Lunchbox Ever with Kate Morford, MS, RD, Saturday, October 19, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Central Market in Houston.
Together with your child, you’ll learn how to make:
- Deconstructed Caprese
- Fattoush Salad
- BLT Roll-Ups
- Really Ranch Dip with Veggies in the Raw
- Chocolate Chip Pretzel Cookies
I’ll admit that I saw the Chocolate Chip Pretzel Cookies and immediately began checking my calendar to see if I could make it. I know I’ll enjoy those and have no doubt my daughter will, too. I also like the idea of spending time learning about cooking and nutrition with an expert alongside my daughter. I’m excited to learn for myself, but I’m also excited to see where the experience takes us in terms of more cooking experiences together and also more positive discussions about meal choices.
