   Full admission: I’m following along in the King James Version, just because it’s the one I’m most comfortable with. I don’t consider it superior to others, but it’s the one I know best. I’ve spent most of my life around people who are daily readers of the Bible, and while I often figured certain obscure quotes were biblical in nature, it’s interesting to get to read them in context.

   I have such a hard time reading about Davids own people turning on him. Then his son. My heqrt hurts for him and I wonder how he could have delt with akk thqt pain.
