Who can resist a gorgeous, decadent cupcake?
Unfortunately, my friends who eat gluten-free have had to resist for far too long. But that is about to change.
This summer I had the delight of meeting Kyra Bussanish in Portland, Oregon, where she has a very successful gluten-free bakery called Kyra’s Bake Shop. Yes, you read that right… it’s a bakery filled with scrumptious treats that are all gluten-free.
“So if they are gluten-free, are they really that good?” you might be thinking.
Well, Kyra’s creations have been good enough to win ‘Cupcake Wars.’ Twice. And let me tell you, the cupcakes of hers that I tried were absolutely decadent and delicious. For REAL.
