I hope you enjoyed making your own Wonders of God’s Creation Journal yesterday.
Did you begin listing a few things He has created and shown you that amaze you or make you smile?
Today we are going to go back and begin reading the creation account in Genesis bit by bit.
Please read Genesis 1:1- 8.
After you do, take some time to think about what you read.
Don’t fixate to much on the exact details, but just think about the beginning and about God’s power.
Set a timer for 5 minutes and just listen. Do your best to go to a place where there aren’t any distractions, close your eyes and just listen to what God has to share with you .
Don’t talk back for at least 5 minutes. Just listen.
I must warn you that listening for a full five minutes can be a real challenge and you might hear a lot, or you might hear absolutely nothing. Just do your best.
Record anything you hear in your journal. If you’d like to share with us here, too, feel free.
