I recently posted that picture of my breakfast smoothie on my personal Facebook page and was surprised at how many emails and comments I got asking me what was in my smoothie.
So, in the event you also want to start your day with a healthy, quick, filling and super easy breakfast, here is what is in it:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 packs Stevia
- 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
- 6 ounces non-fat greek yogurt
Just blend it all up and enjoy it’s green goodness!
And, if you’re feeling really crazy, freeze some of it to serve popsicles for breakfast one day.
