I had a super quick, less-than-24-hour stay in New York this week for a meeting with a fellow IBM Watson partner.
I needed a hotel with a great lobby or lounge space where we could meet that was also convenient to Soho. Hotel Hugo fit the bill perfectly!
The website led me to believe it would be sophisticated without being stuffy and, yep, that’s exactly what it delivered.
My room was great, with sleek decorative touches, nice linens and cool toiletries. The mini-bar was nicely stocked, too– although I didn’t partake.
Here are a few pics I snapped:
We met in the lounge area of the cafe on the ground floor.
I loved the gorgeous, leaf-covered wall at check in and in the cafe:
During our meeting we indulged in a few snacks:
The cookies were warm, soft and not too sweet. Perfect!
The hotel had a great location for what I needed, and was a 20-minute walk to one of my favorite restaurants in town, Chef’s Club:
Heading to New York and looking for a great hotel in Soho? Check out Hotel Hugo!
Cheers!
