Does your child love LEGOs? Yeah, I thought so.
And now is your chance to get some serious LEGO building and playing action at the Children’s Museum of Houston, including building a functional robotic piece for the older kids, recreating art for those artists out there and sorting as a pre-math activity for the younger set as a week-long celebration of LEGO.
Here’s what is planned:
- LEGO Mindstorms Robotics: Build a fully programmable robot at the Inventors’ Workshop.
- LEGOMosaics: Create a masterpiece of patterns and pictures at Junktion.
- LEGOFree Build: Build whatever comes to mind using LEGO® DUPLOs® at Junktion.
- Story Starters: Learn story telling elements using LEGO® DUPLOs® at Junktion.
- LEGOSort: Understand sets and practice grouping at the ExxonMobil Math Cart.
- LEGO® Symmetry Challenge: Finish the other half of a design at the ExxonMobil Math Cart.
