He is RISEN!!
The tomb is empty, my friends… it was and it is. There is no denying that— by anyone. And THAT is a BIG DEAL.
Also, at my house, the Easter bunny has been here and is gone, too. (And he left chocolate as well as some of the best jelly beans ever, according my 12-year old son who told me he’d like to express his appreciation to the bunny for selecting the jelly beans he did. Great kid, I say.)
Even if the bunny was here, Jesus is the star of Easter now, and has been for many years, but that was not always the case in my family growing up.
What about you? What was Easter like for you as a child? As a young adult? As an adult and now, if you are one, as a parent? What did it meant to you before and what does it mean now?
Week 28’s prompt is:
How did your family celebrate Easter?

What is your story?
I think your Easter story is integral to your family story. I really do. Think about it. Record it. And share your legacy.
Happy Easter, my sweet internet friends.
