Scripture: Mark 13:10
And the gospel must first be preached to all nations.
Observation: Jesus is explaining to his disciples what must happen before he is to return. One of the things he says that must happen first is that the gospel must be shared with all nations.
Application: I am really excited to be sharing in this right and responsibility! I am so thankful that I was presented with the opportunity to share the gospel through email to people all over the world as an online missionary with Global Media Outreach.
And now, to re-read this passage about the end times and realize that He is using me to fulfill prophesy is pretty exciting!
Prayer: Thank you, Lord, for this opportunity to serve you and share your word. Please continue to equip me in answering the emails that come my way. Please guide me in stepping aside and letting your words come through to those who seek you. And please guide me as I serve as a shepherd to the new crop of online missionaries at my church. Thank you, Lord, for this unique way to serve you.
Please use me in whatever way YOU see fit, not just the way I want to be used, but in accordance with YOUR plan. I think of GMO and have so many ideas for helping that organization reach even more. Show me where and how to speak up and when to remain silent.
Thank you, Lord, for wanting all to have the opportunity to hear your truth. And thank you for using me to help share that truth.
