Hope this list helps you. I’m printing it and keeping it inside my pantry door so I always have the ideas handy.
Don’t forget to keep portion sizes in check. Measure out what you plan to eat and put the rest away. If you think want more, have a full glass of water first and then decide if you really want more or not.
Here are a few ideas to get started. PLEASE comment away with your own ideas!
apples dipped in sugar-free hot cocoa powder
apples dipped in peanut butter (Check your pb portion size)
plain apple (easy to take on the go)
pear slices
grapes (eat them frozen in the summer)
plain banana (also portable)
bananas with fat-free yogurt drizzled with a drip of chocolate syrup and a cherry on top
tangerines/ clementines
WW chocolate muffins- 1 box devils food cake mix, 1 can pumpkin. Mix and bake according to baking instructions on box. Do not add any other ingredients, though. Just canned fruit and mix. Makes 12 at 3 WW points apiece
WW pineapple muffins-1 box angel food cake mix, 1 can crushed pineapple Mix and bake according to baking instructions on box. Do not add any other ingredients, though. Just canned fruit and mix.
Graham crackers with skim milk
Jello fat-free, sugar-free pudding
Pre-portioned nuts and craisins mix (keep a few bags in the pantry ready. Or mix in a container and keep a 1/4 cup scoop nearby so you don’t over-indulge)
Air-popped popcorn, spray lightly with nonstick spray and DUST with sugar-free hot cocoa mix
Angel food cake
carrots and snap peas with hummus
Fiber One oats and chocolate bars
not sweet but still good-edemame
