Through the years, several of you have asked me to host a Bible in 90 Days session, reading chronologically.
I have been hesitant to do so because reading chronologically is MUCH more challenging than reading cover to cover. When reading cover to cover, you just open your Bible and go for it. You don’t have to give much thought to the reading assignment for the day as you read… you just keep reading.
With a chronological plan, however, you have to flip back and forth between books, making the whole challenge that much more difficult.
However, since so many of you have already completed the challenge of reading cover to cover in 90 days, and since Melissa offered to develop the reading plan for us, I decided the time is right for offering a new 90 day plan, one that follows the events of the Bible chronologically.
And Dana put it all together in a handy-dandy bookmark you can download, pop in your Bible, and track your reading.
If you have yet to read the entire Bible in 90 days, I strongly encourage you to use the Bible in 90 Days Cover to Cover Plan bookmark.
If you have already become a Bible in 90 Days graduate, and want to try something new, consider reading chronologically with us, using the Bible in 90 Days Chronological Plan bookmark. Both plans can be found on the Bible in 90 Days resource page.
I’d like to extend a HUGE thank you to Melissa and Dana, who helped make this new plan a reality. If you are excited by the idea of a the chronological reading plan, please swing by their sites (whose links are above) and let them know.
If you’d like to read the Bible in 90 Days beginning Monday, August 20 with us, please visit the Bible in 90 Days sign up page.
So… which plan will you be following this time?
