Here’s what we’re planning to dine on at the 144 family casa…
Monday dinner: shrimp, mozzarella and pasta salad (If it’s good, I’ll blog about it Saturday for my Salad Saturday feature.)
Tuesday:
Breakfast- banana bread, yogurt, fresh juice
Dinner-Hawaiian Luau Halibut, pineapple, rice, edemame
Wednesday:
Breakfast- Egg white scramble with cheese & spinach, toast
Dinner- Cranberry Porkchops and sweet potatoes (I found it on $5 Dollar Dinners and it sounds super yummy and super easy!)
Thursday:
Breakfast- Chocolate chip oatmeal pancakes
Dinner- birthday party
Friday:
Breakfast- Oatmeal, juice
Dinner- birthday party for kids, dinner at school dinner auction for me
Saturday dinner: Bratwurst on the grill (Dad’s night), mac and cheese
Sunday dinner: Cornish game hens with brown sugar, carrots, rice
